How to show job experience?

by Yogesh Kumar
(Delhi, India)

Currently I am showing my job experience from current to previous. But both of my job experiences are different from each other. Current experience is in customer relationship officer (CRM) while previous experience was in HDFC Bank as a senior sales executive for direct sale.

How do I present my resume for employer's attraction?

Answer: Work experience should always be listed in reverse chronological order. But you can use a hybrid/combination format to emphasize your skills and experience over work history. You can also call attention to certain things in your cover letter.
