Dear Mr. Interviewer:
I feel our interview went especially well and I wanted to send this quick note to say thank you for the opportunity. After meeting with you in person and having a clearer picture of what it would mean to be [insert job position title here], I am more interested than ever.
I am confident I have the skills and knowledge you are looking for. I am available immediately, and once again thank you for your time and consideration.
