Implementation procedure of learning structure for class:

First I write the new words on the blackboard
Next I instruct class proper pronunciation of word
Then we practice together the pronunciation of new word.

After that I explain the meaning of the new word with cards and pictures. Finally the class is broken into groups to practice the new words while
playing games.

Another method is to teach the students song with new words in them particularly pop songs which the students find interesting.

A method that is popular is incorporating new words and or phrases into skits. Team work is done to enhance public speaking abilities and teach methods of working together.

The students enjoy watching an unusual video and discussing the events of the video. In small classes the students enjoy creative
cooking classes. Pair work create an atmosphere of closer team work.

Teaching Tools:



Pictures,flashcards,puppets,maps,usb (to bring in downloaded material to assist the class in easier learning of new words and or phrases, souvenirs from Canada as rewards when playing games,a long list of games and songs to bring into class to make learning interesting and enjoyable.

Co-coordinated with Chinese teachers and students to create lively, entertaining performance for local talent show broadcast on regional television station for which we won a trophy.

Create my own set of flashcards to assist young learners more easily grasp meaning of lesson
Created comical, high paced skit to be preformed with Chinese teachers for college talent show.

Implemented English Corner lessons.

Created skits for school production working with students for school talent show.

Joseph, I wouldn't call this a resume. It's more of a statement of your approach to teaching. It may have value and you might want to include it in your communications with an employer, but it won't substitute for a resume.
