Are bullets okay and should some information be bold? What should be in bold print on your resume?

ANSWER: Tracy... The answer to your question is yes, definitely, you can use bullets and bold formatting both. Bulleted lists are a great way to present skills, responsibilities and accomplishments. Where you use bolding depends on the template you choose. Look at some of the resume examples on this site to get a better idea.
