No need to list

All you need to list is the degree and the school where you received the degree. No need to list the other schools because the final University accepted all your prior credits and made it their own to give you a final degree.

List the One That Granted Degree

Hi there,

I think I would just list the university that granted your degree in the end. You could also list the other colleges, and indicate approximate number of credits obtained from each (or the years attended).

If you are a recent graduate, then I'd probably mention briefly in the cover letter why you switched colleges, but if not it's probably not all that relevant anyway.
