Transferable Skills Are Key

Thanks for asking this question, Austin! And much success to you in your new culinary career. My daughter went to culinary school, so I know how challenging it is to get started. One thing that helped her is to have a photo portfolio of some of the dishes she made while in school. Hopefully, you're keeping one.
