Not Sure There Is a Difference

Hi Liz... Thanks for posting this question. I'm not sure there's a big distinction between pending vs candidate. Both mean that you're in the process, but have not yet achieved the degree. I think as long as you indicate your current status in school through the dates and then use some term to show you don't yet have the degree, you'll be fine!
