I need help in writing my accomplishments for my work experience?

I tend to write them more as tasks rather than accomplishments. I work in the x-ray field and I feel each employee does the same thing at work. What can I write that will make me stand out over someone else getting interviewed for the same job?
Answer: Laura, this is something you're either going to have to figure out for yourself or give me more info about. You're right... most x-ray technicians probably DO have the same job assignments/tasks. It's how you perform them and what you accomplish that is important to note on a resume. It's what will set you apart.
Look at your outcomes and try to quantify them... for example, do you process a certain number of people/tests each day? If so, you could say something like, "Performed at least 50 xrays per shift". Or maybe it's your people skills that are what should be noted... "Calmed patients' fears before studies, so that the xrays went more smoothly..." Or perhaps you are a creative problem solver? "Developed an improvement to one of our processes that resulted in a 25% time savings (or cost savings) each week"
Are you starting to see? The examples above are pretty vague because I don't know that much about what you do or anything about who you are. But hopefully, it will stimulate some ideas in you of how to approach this section of your resume.
Much success! Kathi
