The Magic of Site Build It

Perhaps you would like to know more about how this site came to be through the magic of a web platform called Site Build It.

Originally, I built this site with the help of a mentor/coach in a now-defunct program called Nitro Incubator. I enrolled in the Spring of 2004 and within a few months, I was making steady money from this site. In fact, I did so well, they decided to make me one of their mentors! (Though I've since gone into the mentoring business on my own: SBI-Website-Builder.com.)

Nitro Incubator was a great mentor-driven program that was designed to help anyone who had the drive and the desire to succeed in their own home internet business. It offered intensive one-on-one coaching at an affordable price. Your mentor was someone who knew the program inside and out... because he or she actually went through it him- or herself!

I know this because I became a mentor myself. And it was a great experience. I helped more than 20 people establish successful websites in the course of a year.

Built upon a foundation of Ken Evoy's Site Build It program, NI also offered step by step email lessons, along with a very robust membership site.

I started a bit slow when I launched my site at the end of June 2004, but now I am getting nearly 1000 visitors a day to my site and generating revenue every day from Google AdSense ads and affiliate links.

UPDATE 3/06: I'm always looking for new challenges, and I've moved on now from being an NI mentor. It was a great experience and I decided to take what I learned and become a certified SBI webmaster.

Really, almost anyone with the time and motivation can learn to use Site Build It... it's geared specifically to non-techie newbies. But many people don't want to take the time (or can't) to learn even the non-techie strategies that SBI promotes. So, that's why the many Site Build It webmasters like me are kept so darn busy!
