How Do I List Two Unrelated Concurrent Jobs on My Resume?

by Matt
(Kansas City)

I am currently working two jobs. One is a full-time job and the other part-time. I am looking to move into the part-time field which is completely different from my full-time job. How do I list them on my resume?

Do I list my full time job first? I have been at my full-time job from 2003-present and my part-time job from 2008-present. Thank you for your help!

Part-Time First and Here's Why...
by: Kathi

Thanks for posting this question, Matt. I'd put the part-time job first for the following 2 reasons:

1. It's your most recent job, having started most recently.

2. It's most related to what you want to do, so put it before prospective employers first.

Make sense?

Good luck in your new career,
Kathi
