How do I list job location for an internet job?

When listing an internet job on a resume, do I list the city where the company is based or the current city in which I live? I'm helping my fiance update his resume and he's working 2 internet jobs currently.

I'm unsure if we list the location where the company operates or our location (since he's considered an independent contractor and works at home).

Answer: On the resume, I'd list the location of the company. But next to job title, I'd probably put something like (telecommuting) or (working from home). You could also explain the nature of the job in the cover letter that accompanies the resume. (Or both)
