How do I list job history which overlap each other?

I have owned my own business for 15 years(1994-2009), also during this time, I have owned and operated my own beef cattle farm (1999-2009). I want both listed on my resume, but not sure if I should list them in any special format.

Self Employment Is Legitimate

Hi there... Just list the periods in which you owned your own businesses just as you would a job, but in place of an employer name/address, say "Self-Employed". And be sure to emphasize the skills this gave you too!
