Hi Daedra,

All you need do is list an estimated graduation date where you would normally list the year. So, something like, "PhD in Nursing, May 2009".

You can go on to explain in your cover letter when and how you expect to attain the degree, e.g., mentioning that you are in the final stages of completing your doctoral thesis, or whatever.
