Use the Cover Letter

Hi Susan... Thanks for posting this question. Sounds like you've been a busy woman during your "retirement"! The easiest place to mention all those activities is in your cover letter. But of course, your degree and paralegal certification should be listed in the Education section of the resume, and you may also want to include your volunteering in the work history, but clearly designating it as volunteer work, rather than paid employment.
