Good, But I Like Option #1 Better...

Debra,

There's a lot of great content in this version of your resume too, but I don't think it's optimally organized, and I also think there's probably too much information. You don't want the recruiter to get tired reading and toss it out of frustration!

If you decide to use this one, as with version #1 of your resume, I'd toss the list of expertise areas. It's just not necessary. Nor would I then start with the list of accomplishments. I'd go with the summary first, then the "Selected Accomplishments."

Some of the info under each job is redundant of what's already been said in the selected accomplishments area.

Good effort, but still needs some work...
