Kathy,
I think you should always give yourself credit for education, even if it is not directly relevant. There would be no reason to not disclose it, and including it shows your motivation and ambition, if nothing else.

You can just list the college, location, and where you state the degree or certificate you're studying for, just say "Candidate" and list the year expected to achieve it.
